OPRA/common law Request

The Administrative Division is responsible for the maintenance records. Records can be requested through the Open Public Records Act, which is codified as N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.  Common Law requests can also be made on the OPRA request form.

Discovery request is the formal process by which the parties to a case in court exchange information about the case. Discovery requests may be served upon a public agency for access to government records pursuant to N.J. Court Rules, R. 3:13-3 (2005) and R. 7:7-7.
