The Administrative Division Commander oversees the Records Bureau. The Records Bureau is responsible for the maintenance of Motor Vehicle Accidents, summonses, accident reports, investigation and arrest reports. All reports are requested through the Open Public Records Act.
Accident reports may also be obtained by going to the website policereports.us . Accident reports are generally not available for 5 to 7 days after the date of the accident.
All OPRA (Open Public Records Act) requests must be sent to the Municipal Clerk. Click here for a copy of the OPRA Request Form.
